I used to take care of Mr. Schreier at Lakebridge. He was a true joy to take care of. I loved his stories of his pastry chef days. He always said he wanted to take myself and Anna out for dinner. I loved Mr. Schreier. May he Rest In Peace.

My dear friend Will and someone who I had the pleasure of care for at Lakebridge.I enjoyed the stories and laughter. He never said anything bad about homecooked meals I would have his "test" for the flavor. We shared a love for cooking as well as travel. He was homesick for Germany. This year he said, "Trisha, for my birthday I want no more birthdays."I replied," ask God, Will, he will grant this wish. You will get your wish this year" A warm smile came across his face as IF he knew it was granted. I Miss you, Will.
