Wayne Boyd Routh

Wayne B. Routh, age 49, of Gray, Tennessee unexpectedly passed away. He was a son of Hedy G. Routh and the late Ross D. Routh. He earned his wings on March 25, 2017 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Wayne was a born again believer and was a member of Boone Trail Baptist Church. He was a devoted, loving family man. Wayne was married to the love of his life, Stephanie Routh since October 26, 1993. Wayne was very dedicated to his lawn care business, Trinity Lawn care, which he had for 18 years. He was also very passionate about his fishing and bluegrass music. Wayne had a heart of gold, and never judged a book by its cover. He was always so quick to help anyone in need, and deserved more than this world had to offer him, and the Lord above knew that. Wayne love God and his family above anything. He had several genuine close friends, and he will be dearly missed and loved by all who knew him. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Scott Routh; maternal grandparents, Farrell and Edna Gage. Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Stephanie Routh; three children, Rachel, Joshua, and Zachary Routh, all of Gray, along with two grandchildren, Rylan and Caybren; three brothers, David Routh and wife Morrie, Farrell Routh and Sam Routh. Several nieces and nephews also survive. There will be no formal services conducted; however family and close friends are welcome to visit Wayne's residence at any time to pay their respects.
