Robert Jeremy Arp

Robert Jeremy Arp, 36, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 3, 2019, at Indian Path Medical Center, following a lengthy illness.Jeremy was a native of Norton, VA, lived most of his life in Johnson City before moving to Kingsport.He was a son of Rosalee Simms Arp, Kingsport, and the late Ray Arp.Jeremy worked with his families window cleaning business.He formerly attended Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church.In addition to his mother, Jeremy is survived by brothers, Donald Arp, Bristol, David Arp and wife Lisa, Kingsport, Frank Arp and wife Jaqueline, Woodbine, MD, and Jonathan Arp and wife Charlotte, Woodway, VA; sister, Donna Moyers and husband Billy, Morristown; several nieces, nephews and cousins.The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the staff at Indian Path Hospital for taking such excellent care of Jeremy.The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019, at 2:00 P.M., from the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home.Graveside committal services will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Jonesborough.The family will receive friends Thursday prior to the service from 12:00-2:00 P.M. in the East Parlor of the funeral home.Memories and condolences may be shared at www.appfh.net.Appalachian Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 800 E.
