Joseph Keith Stout, 55, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2018 at his home in Erwin, TN.He was born in Johnson City, to the late Joe and Wanda Hughes Stout.He was a graduate of Unicoi County High School, and a USAF Veteran honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. Joseph was also an ETSU graduate with a bachelor in business and a minor in computer science.Joseph was a loving and selfless father. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty Tapp Stout. He leaves behind two children, Matthew Stout and wife Chandra, and Samantha Whitehead. Five grandchildren: Harley and Dana Whitehead, Gavin and Jonah Stout, and Ronald Donaldson III, a brother Mark Stout, and a sister Linda Bailey.Read Obituary
