James “Repeat” Wolters, 68, Johnson City, died unexpectedly on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at the Johnson City Medical Center, following a brief illness. Repeat was a native of Cleveland, OH, and had been a resident of Johnson City for the past thirty years. He was a son of the late Jack and Kathleen Linelan Wolters. Repeat was a retired Metal Fabricator from Accurate Machine Products Corporation. He was a member of the Johnson City Moose Lodge #1831 and Johnson City Elks Lodge #825. Repeat enjoyed fishing and was an avid biker. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson’s. In addition to his parents, Repeat was preceded in death by his brother, Butch Wolters, and his sister, Jacqueline Carruth. He is survived by his wife, Donna Wolters; three daughters, Toni Wolters (Ralph Reed), Elyria, OH, Mandy Dickerson (James), Elyria, OH, and Danielle Wolters, Cleveland, OH; two stepdaughters, Christina Williams (Shawn), Roanoke, VA, and Rose Marie Smith, Panama City, FL; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one niece, Alecia Carruth; and his dog, Minnie. In accordance with his wishes, Repeat will be cremated and services will be held at a later date. In-lieu-of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with his final expenses.
