Dear Frank’s Family -

He and my father (Captain, USN ret), who also worked for CSC, were colleagues and friends.

I was grateful when Frank made time from his busy schedule to attend my Dad’s funeral at Arlington National Cemetery in 2000.

He made a difference in my life as a leader; I am so sorry for your family’s loss!

I was Franks' XO, 1st Infantry Division, Company A in 1972. I then followed Frank as the CO for Company A. Frank taught me so much and was a dear friend. Frank set such a high standard for all of us to follow. Such a great person. Bruce Dagley

Please accept my sincere condolences for your recent loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. I have always received comfort from the Bibles' word at Philippians 4:7 which reads "and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus". I hope you can receive comfort from these words as well. Margo Simmons

I first worked with Frank at USI/Integic and kept in touch over the next dozen or so years professionally. He was a great guy, always glad to see you and spend time catching up. In all the years I knew him I did not know he was an Army Aviator and flew Cobra's in Viet Nam. Quite an accomplishment in itself. I know he will be missed. So sorry for your loss. Way to early
