Elizabeth Marie Greer

In loving memory….. Elizabeth Marie Greer, 61, Johnson City, died Friday, February 11, 2022, at the Johnson City Medical Center, with her family by her side. She was a native of Johnson City and a daughter of the late Herman Greer and Dorothy Carr Hardin. Elizabeth was a graduate of Science Hill High School. She enjoyed taking car rides with her family. Elizabeth loved plants and diet coke. She was a strong woman who loved her family. She took very good care of them and her home. Elizabeth had a kind heart and always did for others. In addition to her parents Elizabeth was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Greer. Survivors include her daughters, Melinda Greer and boyfriend Lino Gonzalez, Elizabeth Ann Copper and her boyfriend Henry Lopez; grandchildren, Paula Marie Greer Chester and husband Deshon, Herminio Jose Cooper, Sonya Marie Cooper, Kayla Bonnell Greer, Sara Angela Alonso, Jose Osmar Herrera; great grandson, Jayden O’Neil Chester; special cousins Roy and Vivian Greer. The celebration of life will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 3:00-5:00 P.M. in the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home.Read Obituary
