Connie R Tarbox

Connie R Tarbox, 74, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Feb. 6, 2022 at her home in Johnson City, Tennessee. Connie was born Feb. 12, 1948 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Joyce Miller. Connie was a devoted lover of God and her family. She is survived by her husband of many years, Ernie Tarbox, brother Bobby Miller, two sisters Patricia Young & Debbie Phillips, sons Ricky and Billy Bluto, daughter Michelle Soltes, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is also parting with many friends and neighbors, that she held dear to her heart, to cherish her memories. Connie enjoyed homemaking and spending time with her family & beloved animals making sure everyone was well taken care of. Always in the kitchen, she had a passion for cooking and drinking coffee. As she will be missed by many, we celebrate her gentle spirit and cherish the memories that she helped create.
