Charles W Edwards

Charles W. Edwards, 75, Johnson City, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at his residence, following a brief illness. Charles was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City. He was a son of the late Warren and Louise Chandler Edwards. Charles was a carpenter, working for several construction companies, as well as his father early in his career. He was a Baptist and U.S. Navy veteran. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Warren “June” Edwards, Jr., and his former spouse, Virginia “Ginny” Edwards. He is survived by his daughter, Melody Star Edwards, Johnson City; one brother, Mike Edwards and wife Karen, Johnson City; five nieces. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memory Gardens.Read Obituary
